Founder & Coach
When I was a young child, I was adopted into a safe and loving home. Like many adopted children I was compelled to understand my true identity. Through a great deal of personal reflection and growth I was able to thrive. My journey compelled me to invite others to find their purpose and identity…their unique design.
I founded Elevate Coaching to focus on adolescents/young adults as well as their families to assist them in finding their worth, purpose and life direction based on their unique design. As a licensed educator and professional life coach, I am honored to use my experiences and expertise to coach individuals and couples that are pondering their life journey. I look forward to equipping others to use their deep personal insights to live a powerful and authentic life.
Cindy has a Bachelor’s in Education with 25+ years of experience, is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Certified Coach, and a Strong Interest Inventory® Certified Coach. She is featured in the book, LAUNCH by Jeannie Burlowski. Organizations served include the following: Augsburg College, Forest Springs Camp & Conference Center, Youth Specialties, Liberty Classical Academy, University of Northwestern, White Bear Lake Area School District, Forest Lake School District, Rib Lake School District, Osseo School District, Substance Church, Home Educators Resource Organization, Institute of Culture Communicators, among others.

Founder & Coach
Growing up in the Northwoods on a small farm I learned to love the outdoors, adventures and hard work. I spent over 15 years in youth and family ministry where I mentored youth and adults in fostering better relationships in the family, while assisting them in finding their individual purpose and drive. I am now an author and coach, and love the adventure of being outdoors in northern Wisconsin where Cindy and I currently reside. I look forward to sharing our neck of the woods with people and coaching them to discover and fulfill their own life's adventure!
I am an author of the book, Your Wild Blue Adventure (and the accompanying travel journal) that guides couples and individuals on how to break free to an inspired life - and have the clarity, courage, and conviction to make a difference in their world.
Dan is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, has a Bachelor’s in Business, a Master’s in Education, and experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors including organizations such as Youth Ministry Consultants, Youth Specialties, Youth Leadership, Forest Springs Camp & Conference Center, Russell Room Remodelers, Omega Alliance, ExxonMobil and Maersk among others.
